Ahead of the December 3, 2026 opening date of this year’s IPADA Initiatives Celebrations 2026, IPADA Initiatives, the promoter of the annual mega cultural tourism fiesta, has entered into a strategic partnership with the National Black Chamber of Commerce (NBCC), and D Evans Consulting Inc.
Effective July 29, 2026, the strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), is designed to strengthen trade, investment, workforce development, and diaspora engagement between Africa, the United States, and the Global African Diaspora.

The partnership combines the strengths of three organisations to advance sustainable economic development through entrepreneurship, tourism, cultural exchange, workforce development, investment readiness, and international business collaboration.
Under the agreement: IPADA Initiatives will lead diaspora engagement, tourism, cultural exchange, government collaboration, and investment promotion across Africa.
NBCC will leverage its national and international business network to promote trade, investment, market access, and strategic partnerships between the United States and Africa.
D Evans Consulting Inc. will serve as the strategic implementation partner, delivering Investment Readiness Programmes, workforce development, organizational transformation, executive education, and strategic advisory services.
The partners will collaborate on: Investment Readiness Programmes; Trade Missions and Investment Forums; B2B and G2B Matchmaking; Workforce Development and Executive Education; Tourism and Cultural Exchange; Cross-Border Business Partnerships; Public-Private Partnerships (PPP); and Regional Economic Development Projects.
The partnership is designed to create meaningful opportunities for investment, business expansion, workforce transformation, and cultural collaboration while fostering long-term economic prosperity across Africa and the Global African Diaspora.

“This partnership represents more than a Memorandum of Understanding—it is a commitment to building sustainable pathways for trade, investment, workforce transformation, and economic empowerment between Africa and the Global African Diaspora,” noted the partners in the MoU.
The organisations look forward to working with governments, chambers of commerce, investors, educational institutions, development organizations, and private-sector leaders to advance inclusive economic growth and lasting partnerships.
IPADA Initiatives (“The Return”) reconnects the Global African Diaspora with Africa through tourism, culture, trade, investment, and sustainable economic development.
The National Black Chamber of Commerce (NBCC) is a leading business organization dedicated to advancing Black-owned businesses through entrepreneurship, advocacy, international trade, investment, and strategic partnerships.
