The management of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development led by Ambassador Wale Ojolanre has commended the Ekiti State Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on his second year anniversary. The management described the achievement of Governor Oyebanji within the last two years as remarkable.

“You are the first governor globally to receive voluntary support from the UNWTO in shaping Ekiti’s Tourism Development Master Plan, gaining global recognition for Ekiti State.

“Your administration has fostered public-private partnerships, attracting investments and promoting sustainable tourism, Iconic tourist sites like Ikogosi Warm Spring Resort have been revitalized, enhancing their recognition as the best holiday resort in Nigeria.”

The release said through tourism awareness campaigns, Ekiti has become a prime destination for local and international tourists.Your focus on sustainable tourism practices ensures the preservation of Ekiti’s natural resources for future generations.
