SCOAN floats T.B. Joshua Foundation
Posted on: August 24, 2024, by : uguru okorieSynagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) under the leadership of Pastor Evelyn Joshua has floated a foundation in memory of the late founder of the church, Prophet T. B. Joshua. The Foundation called the T.B. Joshua Foundation is aimed at nurturing youths and helping them actualize their ambitions through financial and other forms of empowerment. The church says the foundation was part of the efforts to continue on the legacy Prophet T.B. Joshua who spent a large part of life positively touching lives.
The Foundation has earmarked 30 Million Naira initial endowment to help the less privileged youths. Mrs. Serah Joshua, the first daughter of the late cleric, has this to say during the launch: “We are preserving the life and times, and continuing in the legacies of Prophet T.B. Joshua. To continue the legacy, we are empowering the youths. Today, the T.B. Joshua Foundation will be awarding grants to 30 youths. This will consists of 15 scholarships, and 15 small and med9ium scale enterprises funding awards. So, to be part of this opportunity, please get your application form…we are very excited to continue this project, and to continue the legacy of Prophet T.B. Joshua.”
Admonishing the youths during the inauguration of the foundation on the topic ‘investing in the lives that would outlive us,’ Pastor Evelyn Joshua said the purpose of the foundation’s aspiration was to encourage and inspire the the youths. She said: “You are the leaders of tomorrow. You are the future of any organization, any society. That is why our mentor, our father and our leader Prophet T.B. Joshua thought us. He was a dedicated mentor, a character molder for the youths. He awarded thousands of scholarships to youths to higher institutions both at home and abroad. I am here today to reaffirm and reassure you that in the Synagogue Church of All Nations, we are still committed to investing in the youths.”
