Swiss International Hotels and Resorts is has announced the signing of the first Swiss International Residences in Pakistan. The building is in Lahore Bahria town, close to Winter Land Complex and Eiffel Tower Model, Sector F Bahria Town, Lahore.

Other than the serviced apartments, the Swiss International Residences has facilities such as:  Swiss Flavors – restaurant  and lounge,  room service , Eventives – two halls for meetings and events ,  Inspirations – pool, gym and spa,  24 – hour reception service  Housekeeping service,  ample parking available, free membership of Swiss-Select, Swiss International’s loyalty service programmes .

The construction will start on August and the anticipated opening date will be January 1, 2027.

Mr. Nasrullah Tahir Dogar, the chief executive officer (CEO) of the development company, Gracia Development, commented on the arrangement with Swiss International: “We are very pleased to offer a

professional managed and international branded hospitality and living building to or prospective clients. Especially, for the Pakistani, living abroad, Swiss International Residences Lahore – Bahria seems like an ideal place to stay for the summer.”

The contract was arranged through Real estate consulting company Avenew Marketing. Mr. Naveed Khan, the company’s CEO said: It is very important for a services apartment building to part of an international hospitality organization. Our domestic and international residing Pakistani are used o international hospitality with international Standards of Operating procedures, that everyone is now expecting that in our country as well.
